1 can string beans or fresh

3 cans carrots 

 

  1 bag frozen broccoli or fresh

1 bag frozen cauliflower or fresh

sliced cheddar cheese

2 eggs

2 hot dog franks

2 slices of meat (ham, roast beef, turkey, chicken, etc.)

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
